STORAGE
• Store meals in the refrigerator upon arrival
• Meals are best enjoyed within 7–10 days of delivery.
• If freezing, we recommend consuming within 30 days for best experience.
REHEATING

For optimal flavor and texture, allow meals to thaw fully in the refrigerator before reheating whenever possible.

Microwave (Recommended)
Refrigerated:
Heat on high for 2–3 minutes.
Frozen:Heat on high for 3-4 minutes.
Stir halfway if needed and allow to rest briefly before enjoying.

Oven
• Preheat oven to 350°F
• Remove meal from packaging and transfer to an oven safe container
• Heat for 12–14 minutes or until warmed through
Do not heat packaging in conventional oven -
Skillet (Optional)
• Transfer meal to a nonstick skillet
• Heat over medium, stirring occasionally
• Warm until heated through
