WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF LIV?

LIV Nutrition delivers premium, chef-crafted, nutrient-dense meals designed to support your health goals and simplify your routine. Every meal is made with whole foods, balanced macros, clean ingredients, and no prep required.

We handle the shopping, prepping, cooking, and delivery — so you can stay consistent, nourished and on track with ease.

HOW LONG DO THE MEALS LAST?

Your meals arrive in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs to maintain safe temperatures during transit.
Once delivered:

  • Refrigerated meals: Stay fresh for up to 7 days in the fridge.
  • Frozen items (if applicable): Store up to 3 months for best quality.

For maximum freshness, place your meals in the fridge as soon as they arrive.

ARE THE MEALS FRESH OR FROZEN?

All LIV meals are prepared fresh in small batches and shipped cold with ice packs.

Some items may arrive partially frozen depending on transit times — this is normal and helps maintain safety and freshness.

IS THERE ANY COOKING INVOLVED?

No cooking needed.

Simply heat, eat and enjoy — meals are fully prepared and ready in minutes.

Shipping & Delivery

WHEN AND WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver on Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on your location and plan.

Order Cutoff:
All new or modified orders must be placed by Thursday at 11:59 PM EST — for delivery the following week.

Subscribers:
You’ll automatically receive a new box every week unless you skip or pause your delivery.

You can modify, skip or pause anytime before the weekly cutoff.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME OT ACCEPT DELIVERY?

No — you do not need to be home.

FedEx will deliver to your doorstep and leave your package in your preferred safe spot noted at checkout. The insulated box is designed to stay cold until you get home.

HOW DO YOU KEEP THE MEALS COLD DURING TRANSIT?

We ship all orders in insulated boxes designed specifically for perishable food delivery.

Each box is packed with frozen gel packs that maintain safe, refrigerated temperatures throughout the entire transit window — even if you’re not home when it arrives.

Depending on your location and weather conditions, some meals may arrive slightly frozen. This is completely normal and helps ensure freshness and safety.

Simply place your meals in the fridge as soon as you receive them.

Your box and gel packs are also fully recyclable.

HOW DO I APPLY A PROMO OR COUPON CODE DURING CHECKOUT?

At checkout, enter your discount code in the field labeled “Gift card or discount code.”

Your savings will be applied automatically before completing your order.

DO YOU OFFER ONE-TIME ORDERS OR SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Both — you can choose between one-time boxes or a subscription.

Subscribers receive discounted pricing and guaranteed weekly delivery.

CAN I SKIP, PAUSE, OR CANCEL MY SUBCRIPTION?

Yes, your have full control over your subscription at any time.

You can:

  • Skip upcoming week
  • Reschedule future orders
  • Pause your subscription
  • Change your plan size
  • Update your flavors or meals
  • Change billing or address info

All changes must be made before the weekly cut off on Thursday at 11:59 PM EST.

HOW DO I SKIP OR RESCHEDULE FUTURE DELIVERIES?

To move or skip multiple weeks at once:

  1. Log into your LIV account
  2. Select Subscriptions (tap the menu icon on mobile device - top left corner)
  3. Scroll to your active plan
  4. Click Reschedule
  5. Chose one of the options:
  • Delay 1 week
  • Delay 2 weeks
  • Delay 3 weeks
  • Delay 4 weeks
  • Or select a specific future date

This allows you to move the next delivery out several weeks at once – perfect if you'll be traveling or away.

All changes must be made before the weekly cut off on Thursday at 11:59 PM EST.

We believe your wellness routine should feel supportive, not stressful, so we make it easy to adjust your deliveries whenever life gets busy.

CAN I FREEZE MY MEALS?

Yes! Meals can be frozen for up to 3 months.
For best texture, refrigerate items you plan to eat within 7 days and freeze the rest.

ARE YOUR MEALS GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, ALLERGY FREE?

Many of our meals are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free.

Ingredient lists are shown on each product page.

If you have allergies, please review ingredients carefully — we cook in a shared kitchen.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN LIV GLOW AND LIV STRENGTH?

LIV Glow (Women):

Daily Ritual protein smoothies formulated for energy, beauty, metabolism and hormone support.

LIV Strength (Men):

Prime System smoothies designed for performance, recovery and strength.

Both are crafted with premium proteins, functional ingredients and clean formulas — simply tailored to different needs.

Issues & Support

WHAT IF MY MEALS ARRIVE LATE, WARM, OR DAMAGED?

If your box arrives with any issues, contact us within 24 hours at hello@livnutrition.com with photos of the packaging and meals.

We will make it right.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns, but we will always work with you if there is any issue with your order.
