Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how subscription billing works and how you can pause, change, or cancel your subscription with LIV Nutrition.


How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule you select at checkout. Your payment method will be stored securely and charged automatically for each renewal unless the subscription is cancelled or week skipped prior to the next billing date.


Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle. You will receive an email confirmation each time a renewal order is processed.


How to Cancel, Skip, or Modify a Subscription

You may cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or update your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. A link to manage your subscription is included in every order confirmation email.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellation must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM (local time) the day before your renewal date.

If a renewal order has already been processed, you may still request cancellation as long as the order has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

If you need help canceling before shipment, email us at hello@livnutrition.com and we will do our best to stop fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed once packing has begun.


Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped. We are unable to accept returned food items for safety and regulatory reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will assist you.
