Thank you for choosing LIV Nutrition, LLC (referred to as “LIV” “we” “our” or “Company”). This Terms of Service (“Terms”) applies to LIV Nutrition's websites (including www.livnutrition.com), branded pages on third party platforms (i.e., social networking services), mobile applications, and our direct marketing campaigns or other online communications (collectively, “LIV Nutrition Services”) and governs your purchase of products or services sold through the LIV Nutrition Services.

AGREEMENT 

By using LIV Nutrition Services, you agree to the terms contained herein and the terms of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use LIV Nutrition Services. We reserve the right to change this Policy without prior notice. LIV Nutrition may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued usage of the LIV Nutrition Services will mean you accept those changes, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The materials provided on the LIV Nutrition Services are protected by law, including, but not limited to, United States copyright laws and international treaties. The terms “you,” “your,” “user,” and “users,” as used herein, refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing the LIV Nutrition Services for any reason.

PLEASE NOTE: THESE TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER, WHICH AFFECT HOW DISPUTES WITH LIV NUTRITION ARE RESOLVED. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE ARBITRATION PROVISION BELOW. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to visit or use the LIV Nutrition Services in any manner. By visiting the LIV Nutrition Services or accepting the Terms, you represent and warrant to the Company that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms. You also represent and warrant to the Company that you will use the LIV Nutrition Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

SMS Terms By enrolling in or using our SMS service, you agree to these SMS Terms. We may change or discontinue the service or its features at any time without notice. Continued use after any change to these SMS Terms means you accept them. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of LIV Nutrition at the number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic dialing system or other automated technology and are powered by Recharge, Inc. Messages may include transactional (e.g., order updates, account alerts) and promotional content (e.g., special offers, product launches, cart reminders). Your consent is not required to make a purchase. Participation is voluntary. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier for details.
